Products are shipped via USPS priority mail. Shipping times for domestic orders are 1-3 business days. International and U.S. territory shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. CATastropheTreasures is not responsible for delays due to customs. If your package has been delayed and you do not have the package when expected, please contact us at catastropheetsy@gmail.com and we will try to get as much information as possible and file the claim when necessary.

Be aware that we are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier such us delays, additional fees and taxes or lost packages. CATastropheTreasures is not responsible for any package being stolen off your doorstep or mailbox.
