We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we'll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping), an exchange, or store credit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Items ineligible for exchange: Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), damaged or used items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us within 30 days of receipt of your item if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will replace any defective or broken products. When requesting the exchange, please include a photo of the damaged or defective item to catastropheetsy@gmail.com. CATastropheTreasures will cover the cost of a return shipping label and shipping of the replacement.

Cancellation: An order may be cancelled up until payment is processed. Once the payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment
